As an Affiliate Manager you will be responsible of managing the affiliate programs online. Tasks such as acquiring new affiliates and managing their accounts on PlayAttack website and involving in developing new affiliate campaigns, as well as pushing forward targets in line with company current priorities in terms of markets and payment plans are part of the Affiliate Manager's duties. It is important to have knowledge about the market and a good amount of experience working in this field is considered an asset.

 

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliates in order to understand their needs and business priorities
  • Take care of all main markets within the company
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates
  • Manage business negotiations with affiliates
  • Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed
  • Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner
  • Help implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletters, blog, etc to increase revenue targets
  • Focus on lead generation and affiliate acquisitions
  • Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues
  • Perform new affiliate acquisition through research, referrals, networking, affiliate events data feeds and emails
  • Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets
  • Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program
  • Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities

 

Qualifications & Skills Required


  • At least two years experience in Affiliate management role
  • Able to collect information, evaluate options and make decisions
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Great time management skills and ability to perform within short deadlines
  • Understands the approach to communication methods
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate in developing an approach to maximise online traffic by utilizing online search results
  • A knowledge of either Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian would be considered an asset
